These Terms of Service govern your use of Assorted. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

Use of the Service

• You may use the app for personal, non-commercial use.
• You agree not to abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the service.
• You are responsible for activity under your signed-in account.

Accounts and Data

• Google sign-in is optional. You can play as a guest.
• We may store gameplay and profile data to provide sync and account features.
• You can contact support if you need account help at liam@assorted.lol.

Availability and Changes

• The service may change, pause, or stop at any time.
• We may update these terms; continued use means you accept updates.

Disclaimer and Liability

• The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of Assorted and its operator for any claims arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to use the service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50 USD, whichever is greater.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Assorted and its operator from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the service or violation of these terms.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in San Francisco County, California.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
